Radio Units

IT RADIO UNIT
 Input Transceiver (IT) units collect data using a wireless radio network that can span over multiple floors and even between buildings with the use of repeaters.
IT units are available with or without a display and are protected by their stainless steel IP65 case they can be fitted with short, long, curly extension and remote cabled sensors. IT units can measure temperature, humidity, digital status, frequency, flow, pressure and configurable Voltage and Current input.


IT HACCP / QA
 This unit has a number of functions to aid Quality Assurance and due dilligence.

HACCP IT units allow for different users to carry out instantaneous checks on areas, deliveries, products with delivery number and supplier with time and date stamped results that are automatically downloaded when within range of the base RIOT of SCUFFEL unit.

All tests are displayed on the relevant screen on the WebREACT system, each test can also be selected and a comment added with the save report function.
The IT Quality Assurance (QA) function holds all item descriptions and set points for all checked areas; QA personnel would select an area, the relevant set-points would be displayed and the unit would start to monitor the temperature.


IT RADIO REPEATERS
 IT radio repeaters can be used to increase the range of IT radio units, there are no practical limits to the number of IT's that can be repeated and multiple repeaters can be used to 'daisy chain' the signal further increasing the range possible.


IT RADIO GAS SENSORS
 AAW Gas Monitoring IT radio units can be used to monitor the flow of gas across multiple locations and if necessary over multiple sites. We have saved our customers thousands of pounds due to early leak detection and our systems are highly regarded in the industry.

Working in conjunction with a RIOTstation or WebREACT or SCUFFEL system the IT Gas units collect data and wirelessly send it back to base, if signal is lost data is stored for up to 7 days based on a 5 minute sample rate. If an alarm occurs it is immediately send to the RIOT/SCUFFEL unit where an alarm condition is raised, from there the user can be notified in multiple ways.
