HACCP and QA

The HACCP probe is designed to offer a simple low cost way of testing incoming product providing a pass / fail result based upon configured set points; supplier names, delivery numbers and comments can be wirelessly pre-programmed and selected as each item is received. Test results are fed back wirelessly to the webREACT system and and displayed in the log.

The QA probe is similar but rather than products, areas / rooms / chillers can be selected and monitored while the radio unit is left in situ; these results are wirelessly transmitted back to the PC system where they are displayed within the appropriate room screen.

Both the HACCP probe and QA probe can handle several hundred items / areas and in excess of 300 readings when a wireless connection is not present.
HACCP and QA IT's have phono connections which allow a wide range of sensor attachments to be used, glanded connections are available upon request and are recommended for hostile environments.
