The annual calibrations are always performed on time and to a high standard with good communication and plenty of notice given before the engineers come in. The engineers are very professional and I like that I can just leave them to get on with it with minimal interruption to the lab.
I particularly like that AAW is a small company so that you feel that you can get to know the staff and be confident you are speaking to a familiar voice if you need to call.
