Sales & Support Administrator
AAW manufacture, install & maintain temperature monitoring systems to the NHS, Pharmaceutical & Food Industries.
The duties & responsibilities of the role:
– Take ownership of customer queries via email and telephone.
– Process orders to ensure an efficient experience for the customer is always achieved.
– Working closely with all team members to ensure queries are dealt with using the highest levels of customer service.
– Prepare quotes to a high standard – combination of standard support work and more complex new systems.
– Keep a record of existing customers support contracts and manage calibrations & service work as required.
– Prepare and send out follow up paperwork to customers for visits (calibration ect).
– Schedule work – keep track of engineers to include management of work schedule and material requirements.

– Have a proactive, common sense approach to problem solving.
– Have a willingness to take ownership and manage your own workload.
– Be a methodical and accurate individual who is a quick learner and strives for continual development.
– An enthusiastic, fun, outgoing team player.
– Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. You will be required to use our Database (full training provided) and have a willingness to develop, over time, an in-depth knowledge of the Company’s systems.
39 hour week
Monday to Thursday 0830-1700
Friday 0830-1600
Small flexibility on hours.
22 days holiday, plus bank holidays
