Sales & Support Administrator
monitoring systems to the NHS, Pharmaceutical & Food Industries.
The duties & responsibilities of the role:
– Customer email & telephone queries (sales & support)
– Create quotes, process orders & complete jobs
– Schedule engineer visits, create paperwork and reports
– Manage support, calibration & service contracts for customer systems
– Upkeep of records, manuals and SOP documents
The right candidate should:
– Be confident dealing with customers
– Have a willingness to problem solve using your own initiative
– Be able to manage your workload and work independently
– Have good knowledge of Microsoft and the ability to learn internal programs and systems
– Have a mode of own transport as our offices are located outside of Newbury (Nr Junction 13).
39 hour week
Monday to Thursday 0830-1700
Friday 0830-1600
22 days holiday, plus bank holidays

Salary range £18000-£26000 per annum dependent on experience
