AAW can provide support for your system in several ways. Our friendly office staff are on hand 5 days a week to assist you with any support you may need for your monitoring system, visit the contact page for information on how to get in touch.

Site Visits

Our expert engineers assist sites all over the UK & the republic of Ireland and are available for site visits 7 days a week* to suit your business needs.

*Weekend work is charged at double time rate.

In Office Repairs

AAW can investigate and repair most wireless IT sensor faults in our office and the hardware can then be posted back to you; removing the need for site visits which saves your company money. Once the fault is found, we will send you a quote for repair and delivery*.

Legacy Systems

We have the experience and knowledge to support your legacy equipment from Woodley and Danfoss, such as RDM, M2, M2+, Micromon and S5. We hold a limited stock of spares to allow repairs for these systems and in the event that repair is not possible, our RIOT-S unit can easily be installed as a drop in replacement.
