To join our small, friendly team. This will be a 14 to 18 month contract to cover maternity leave<\/span>. This may lead to alternative role within the company after this period for the right person.<\/strong><\/p>\n

AAW manufacture, install & maintain temperature monitoring systems to the NHS, Pharmaceutical & Food Industries.<\/p>\n

The duties & responsibilities of the role:<\/b>
\n– Take ownership of customer queries via email and telephone.
\n– Process orders to ensure an efficient experience for the customer is always achieved.
\n– Working closely with all team members to ensure queries are dealt with using the highest levels of customer service.
\n– Prepare quotes to a high standard – combination of standard support work and more complex new systems.
\n– Keep a record of existing customers support contracts and manage calibrations & service work as required.
\n– Prepare and send out follow up paperwork to customers for visits (calibration ect).
\n– Schedule work – keep track of engineers to include management of work schedule and material requirements.<\/p>\n

The right candidate should:<\/b>
\n– Be confident dealing with customers
\n– Have a proactive, common sense approach to problem solving.
\n– Have a willingness to take ownership and manage your own workload.
\n– Be a methodical and accurate individual who is a quick learner and strives for continual development.
\n– An enthusiastic, fun, outgoing team player.
\n– Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. You will be required to use our Database (full training provided) and have a willingness to develop, over time, an in-depth knowledge of the Company’s systems.<\/p>\n

39 hour week<\/b>
\nMonday to Thursday 0830-1700
\nFriday 0830-1600
\nSmall flexibility on hours.<\/b><\/p>\n

22 days holiday, plus bank holidays
\nWorkplace pension<\/b>
\nSalary range negotiable<\/b> dependent on experience<\/p>\n
