Who are AAW?

AAW Control systems specialise in temperature monitoring and control systems for food processing, storage and transportation, hospitals, universities, and the pharmaceutical industries.

Our portfolio of products includes local wired and wireless systems, which are all optimised for the easy temperature monitoring and interaction over the WEB and 3G mobile network.

All, but our off the shelf systems, are customized to our clients requirements via CAD drawings and equipment photographs, giving the look and feel the customer wants.

Our RIOT hardware can accept Thermistor PT100, PT1000 and Woodley temperature sensors. Status and alarm signals from plant and process equipment can be connected via digital, pulse counter and 4-20mA inputs. The RIOT unit also runs as a WEB server, so it can be connected directly to the Internet.

Our wireless systems can span over multiple floors with hundreds of Information Transceiver units (IT) addressed back to the RIOT radio hubs. With the use of radio repeaters the wireless system can even span multiple buildings. Each IT can have a fixed or wired sensor, which can hold 5-minute interval logging data for up to 15 days before the data gets over written.

If action is required, the relevant processes can be individually configured to text, email or dial-out so that the necessary individual(s) have the knowledge to make the correct decisions.
