webREACT

WebREACT monitoring and control systems are designed to cater for the small corner shop through to the large multi site processing plants, from a basic 4 points to over 10,000 points. The front end user friendly interface has been designed to be used by a standard WEB Browser which is found on every Internet enabled PC. The WEB has provided the scalability for multiple users from different departments to review temperatures, pressures, flow rates etc and manage their area of responsibility.

 

webREACT Product Details

The webREACT overview is based on a site CAD drawing so that there is a true representation of the site being monitored. All the screen views show how easy the system is to use. Clicking on the overview zooms into the plan and the process variables become visible, another click displays the area/item picture, with the current values and status of the inputs.

Any logged data in the past/present can be selected via the date and time.The graph can be zoomed in and the time and date is displayed at the cursor. All setpoints and parameters relating to that point/group are just one mouse click away from the room page (setpoints, alarm delays shift times, email logs and alarms). The average page displays the data in tabular form. The alarm page shows when the alarm occurred, when it was acknowledged, when it returned within limits and a comment can be placed against theacknowledging of the alarm. Alarms can be sent by email, text or pager and timed logs can be sent by email, which again can be viewed within an internet browser.

 

The Reports page links to the system Calibration Certificates which are all held online, and any other user created reports. The Find Batch search utility allows for any word or combination of words to be searched and a list of matching comments are displayed. When the user selects a comment from the list, a graph, dependent on the + and - times, is displayed. Within the reports section there is a compare trends option which allows 2 graphs to be compared on separate graphs or overlaid on the same graph.

Any number of users can be programmed into the system, all of which can be different, including passwords.

Sites with online service contracts can be automatically upgraded with continuously enhanced webREACT software.

The webREACT system comes pre-loaded on a Windows webserver PC that is connected to the internet via a broadband line with dedicated IP address. This safe guards customers internal network and visa versa.

 

3G mobile web: option enables system users to have the ability to review the data from anywhere in the world at anytime.

 

Gas monitoring: system will help companies account for their refrigerant usage and reduce gas loss to the atmosphere and associated costs.

 

Transport: Options for automatic upload of temperatures and data as vehicles return to the depot with ruggid palmtop PC and printer option for delivery acceptance receipt.

 

HACCP: Delivery and QA checking of product and area/room temperatures via the IT HACCP/QA unit which automatically downloads data to the system with dedicated WebREACT screens to allow for additional comments to be entered and reports to be produced.
